PURSUANT to section 42 of the Rating Act, 1925, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the City of Wanganui held on the 28th day of June, 1928, on the proposal that the adoption of the system of rating property on the basis of the unimproved value thereof be rescinded in the City of Wanganui, the number of votes recorded was—

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between ALFRED HERBERT ABBOTT and ARCHIBALD THOMSON HILL, carrying in business as Builders at Dunedin, under the style or firm name of “Abbott and Hill,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 24th day of May, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Upper Hutt Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction of a street to connect Ararino Road and Ararino Road Extension, in the Borough of Upper Hutt—and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town
