EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 15, folio 137 (Taranaki Registry), for Allotments 8, 15, and 16, Block XI, on deposited plan Number 20, being part Section 36, Manganui District, whereof MATILDA PEPPERELL, Wife of SAMUEL JOHN PEPPERELL, formerly of Midhirst, Settler, but now of Patea, Sharemilker, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title for the said land, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
