A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ohinewairua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Rotorua-Taupo Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a portion of the Rotorua-Taupo Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the Auckland-Rotorua Railway at Rotorua Railway-station, in the Borough of Rotorua, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 8 miles 40 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz.: Rotorua Town Belt (Municipal Reserve), closed road, Section 3 (Sanatorium Reserve), Section 26 (Cemetery Reserve), Lot 2 of Section 25 (L.T. 3194); Subdivisions 19, 23, 57, and 58 of Lot 2 of Section 25 (L.T. 3194); Subdivisions 65, 96, and 95 of Lot 2 of Section 82 (Borough of Rotorua); Section 80 (State Forest Reserve); Subdivisions 6, 5, 12, and 11 of Block LII, Town of Rotorua Extension; Subdivisions 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block LI, Town of Rotorua Extension; Subdivisions 4, 3, 2, and 1 of Block XLVIII, Town of Rotorua Extension; portions Section 10 (Recreation Reserve), Section 7 (Recreation Reserve), all in Block I, Tarawera Survey District; Whakarewarewa No. 2B (Borough of Rotorua); State Forest Reserve; Te Kotuku-o-Tamawhakaara, Block V, Tarawera Survey District; Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6A, Section 6B, Blocks V and IX, Tarawera Survey District; Crown land, Block IX, Tarawera Survey District; and terminating at a point marked 8 miles 40 chains in the said Crown land; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72561, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
