Ralph Horatio Ward, of Tauranga,

to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act, in respect of the area defined in the First Schedule to the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1926.

Dr. Harold Keith Corkill, M.B., Ch.B. (Edin.), F.R.C.S.E., as Probationary Surgeon-Lieutenant, R.N.V.R. (N.Z.D.), with seniority of 6th June, 1928.

to be the Registrar of Electors and Returning Officer for the electoral district of New Plymouth for the purposes of the Electoral Act, 1927, as from the 1st day of May, 1928.

Constable Thomas Dale

to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Whangaroa, for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, as from the 24th day of May, 1928.

Constable Donald Archibald Campbell Maclean

to be Bailiff of the Warden’s Court at Coromandel for the Hauraki Mining District, constituted under the Mining Act, 1926, and Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Coromandel for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, as from the 24th day of May, 1928.

Arthur Rex Grainger, Esquire,

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of May, 1928.

Sergeant Leslie Roy Capp

to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Dargaville for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, as from the 24th day of May, 1928.

Erwin Sharman Molony, Esquire,*

to be the Returning Officer for the Auckland Licensing District for the purposes of the Licensing Act, 1908, and to be the Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Auckland Central for the purposes of the Electoral Act, 1927, as from the 16th day of May, 1928.

Erle Greenaway Tyler, Esquire,

to be Assistant Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Dargaville for the purposes of section 8 of the Magistrates’ Courts Amendment Act, 1922, as from the 6th day of June, 1928.

Constable Laurence George Parkinson

to be Clerk and Bailiff of Magistrates’ Court at Mangonui for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, as from the 2nd day of June, 1928.
