Warrant vesting the Control of the Moakurarua Stream Bridge,
on the Hauturu-Otorohanga Road, in the Otorohanga County
Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the
bridge over the Moakurarua Stream (as more particularly
described in the Schedule hereto) shall, on and after the date
of the gazetting hereof, be under the exclusive care, control,
and management of the Otorohanga County Council.

SCHEDULE.

THAT bridge in the Auckland Land District over the Moa-
kurarua Stream on the Hauturu-Otorohanga Road, situated
near the eastern boundary of part Section Orahiri No. 2 7B,
Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District: As the site of the said
bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 72058, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 24th day of May, 1928.
