this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Lawrence-Roxburgh Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods 4 perches.
Being portion of P.R. “E,” situated in Block VIII, Benger Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68673 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of May, 1928.
