IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Otahoua Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public
Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General
Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the portion of the public reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road, and I
also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart:
4 acres 1 rood 35 perches, being portion of Section 20 (E.R.).
