BY an Order made by His Honour Mr. JUSTICE BLAIR in the above matter, dated the 30th day of March, 1928, on petition of BOND AND BOND, LIMITED, of Auckland, Merchants, it was ordered that the said GREENS GROCERY STORES, LIMITED, be wound up by the Supreme Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that the remuneration of the Official Liquidator shall be according to the scale fixed for the remuneration of the Official Assignee under the Bankruptcy Act, 1908; and it was lastly ordered that the costs of the Petitioner be paid out of the assets.

WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the establishment of a sanitary depot—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken : And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council, situate in Commerce Street, Borough of Whakatane, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the County of Whakatane containing seven (7) acres two (2) roods one (1) perch, more or less, being south-western portion of Allotment No. 30B No. 2E No. 1 of the Parish of Rangitaiki.
