LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 171, folio 184 (Auckland Registry), for part Lot 65 on D.P. 2660, being part of Allotment 18 of Section 11 of the Suburbs of Auckland, in favour of ARTHUR WILLIAM LAURENT, of Auckland, Piano-tuner, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days from the 26th day of April, 1928.

(4) 2,031 acres 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Chatham Islands, being the Native Land Court subdivision known as Otonga 1E 4B No. 2, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 299, folio 10, Wellington Registry.
