Cemetery Trustees appointed, Mokoreta Public Cemetery.--(H.2/83.)

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, to hereby appoint

William Murray,
James Foster,
John Craig, and
Kenneth Edward McDonald,

to be trustees to provide for the care and maintenance of the Mokoreta Cemetery, Southland, and described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres l rood 27 perches, more or less, being Section 1 of 35, Block IV, Mokoreta Survey District : Bounded towards the north by Section 18, five hundred decimal seven (500·7) links ; towards the east by Section 2 of 35, four hundred and thirty-three decimal eight (433·8) links ; again towards the north by Section 2 of 35, three hundred and ninety-eight decimal nine (398·9) links ; again towards the east by Section 2 of 35, one hundred and sixty-one decimal five (161·5) links ; towards the south by Section 2 of 35, three hundred and fifty-nine decimal three (359·3) links, and three hundred and ninety-eight decimal six (398·6) links ; and towards the south-west by a road six hundred and eighty-three decimal nine (683·9) links : Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 191/2/483, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Appointment of Cemetery Trustees revoked.--(H.2/79.)

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant, dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and gazetted on the twenty-second day of that month, appointing trustees for the Waikaka Public Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

WAIKAKA PUBLIC CEMETERY.--SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT. SECTION 18, Block XIV, Chatton Survey District : Area, 10 acres.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 31st day of March, 1928.

Appointment of Cemetery Trustees revoked.--(H.2/81.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-eighth day of the same month, appointing trustees for the Whakahara Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

WHAKAHARA PUBLIC CEMETERY.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 48 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, and being the north-eastern portion of Section 26, Whakahara Parish.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of March, 1928.

Appointment of Officer under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed

Robert Waitiri, of Waikaremoana, to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act, in respect of the Rotorua Acclimatization District.
