Lands temporarily reserved in the North Auckland, Auckland, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, and Otago Land Districts.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, and section seventy-one of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint David Lamb, James Paterson, George Styles, Thomas Keating, John Roderick Henderson, Charles Morris, and Adam Nichol, to be trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waikaka Public Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, being Section 2 of 18, Block XIV, Chatton Survey District: Bounded towards the north by Section 1 of 18, 913·9 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 279·1 links; towards the south by Section 3 of 18, 793·0 links; and towards the west by Sections 105 and 104, 498·4 links: As the same is delineated on plan marked 191/2/474, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health, at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 31st day of March, 1928.

Appointment of Cemetery Trustees revoked.—(H 2/82.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke certain Warrants dated the seventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninty-four, the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and one, the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the Gazette on the tenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and one, and the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, respectively, appointing trustees for the Mokoreta Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
MOKORETA PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 35, Block IV, Mokoreta Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 18 of the same block, towards the east by Section No. 23, Block V, of the same Survey District, and towards the south-west by a road-line.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 31st day of March, 1928.
