Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipara, in trust, for cemetery purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for recreation purposes: And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Invercargill:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Invercargill in trust for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Block LXXXVIII, Town of Invercargill: Bounded towards the north by Biggar Street, 534 links; towards the east by Bluff Road, 851·2 links; towards the south by street-line running along the boundary, 472 links; and towards the west by Railway Reserve, 811·5 links. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/864, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section twenty-five of the Naval Defence Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby amend and supplement the regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto as shown therein.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND PAYMENT OF THE NEW ZEALAND DIVISION OF THE ROYAL NAVY.
Article 35—
Gunnery and Torpedo Efficiency Fund: Cancel present heading, and substitute “Gunnery, Torpedo and W/T Communications Improvement Funds.”
Appendix III—
Engine-room, Stokhold, &c., Engines, Charge Allowance: Cancel whole of item, and substitute—
“Machinery Allowance.
“(a) To chief engine-room artificers, engine-room artificers, chief mechanics, and mechanics in possession of a Charge Certificate when in charge of the propelling machinery of His Majesty’s ships or vessels in commission with a full or reserve crew 1 0
“(b) To engine-room ratings (other than engine-room artificers and mechanics) when placed in charge of the machinery of small craft (whether steam or motor driven) the indicated horse-power or brake horse-power of which exceeds 100 0 6
Senior Engineers Allowance: Delete whole of present item, and substitute—
“Senior Engineers Allowance: To chief engine-room artificers, engine-room artificers, chief mechanics, and mechanics in possession of a Charge Certificate when performing the duties in ships with a full or reserve crew allowed an Engineer Commander 1 0

WHEREAS by section five of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1911, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserve or endowments:
And whereas the Land Board of the Otago Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as a site for a public school, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts
