SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Feilding, known as Church Street, fronting part Lot 192 on D.P. 19, being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block, Town of Feilding. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Weymouth Street, and the Northern Side of Portion of Hine Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1928.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, the portions of streets affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply (a) to that portion of the eastern side of Weymouth Street to which Sections 20 and 41, New Plymouth, have frontages, nor (b) to that portion of the northern side of Hine Street, New Plymouth, to which Section 41 has frontage ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Weymouth Street or the northern side of the portion of Hine Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Weymouth Street, adjoining part Section 20 and Section 41, Town of New Plymouth, and the northern side of all that portion of street known as Hine Street, adjoining the said Section 41. As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70798, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Keble’s Road, in the Borough of Lyttelton, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lyttelton Borough Council on the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, in so far as it affects the portions of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“ That the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Keble’s Road, in the Borough of Lyttelton ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of the portion of that street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Lyttelton, known as Keble’s Road, adjoining Lot 5 on the plan hereinafter referred to, and all that portion of the said street adjoining parts Lots 5, 2, and 1 on the said plan, the said lots being parts of Lot 1, D.P. 6326, part Rural Section 1, Borough of Lyttelton. As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70965, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

A New Street off Lighthouse Road, in the Borough of Napier, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1928.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Napier Borough Council on the seventeenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“ That the Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Napier, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the new street taken over by the borough containing two roods thirty-six perches, more or less, edged pink on the plan now produced to the Council, being the copy of plan marked P.W.D. 68482 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that new street off Lighthouse Road, situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Borough of Napier, fronting Suburban Section 72, Borough of Napier. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68482, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna and edged pink.
