The foregoing, together with John William Macdonald, Esquire, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand,
who is, by sections three and four of the said Act, the principal Executive member of such Board, and in his capacity as such, Commissioner of Rural Intermediate Credit, are to constitute the Rural Intermediate Credit Board for the purposes of the said section three, and doth further appoint for the purposes of section nine of the said Act the said James Jacob Esson, Esquire, to be Chairman of the said Board, and to hold such office during pleasure.

Sections of the Road Boards Act, 1908, to apply to Mount Wellington Road Board.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Board of the Mount Wellington Road District, in the County of Eden, being a county in which the Counties Act, 1920, is suspended, has made an application under section one hundred and forty-five of the Road Boards Act, 1908, and it is expedient to grant such application:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Road Boards Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of sections one hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, and one hundred and forty-eight of the Road Boards Act, 1908, shall apply to the said Mount Wellington Road Board as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Setting aside Native Land as a Native Reservation.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and thirty-two of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted, inter alia, that when any Native freehold land is owned at law or in equity by more than ten owners in common the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, set apart and reserve any part of that land for the common use of the owners thereof as in the said Act provided:
And whereas the Native Land Court has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto be so set apart and reserved:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby set apart and reserve as a Native reservation the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, for the common use of the owners thereof as a meeting-place.

SCHEDULE.
BLOCK V, TURANGANUI SURVEY DISTRICT.
ALL that area of land situate in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, called or known as Aohuna D 1 Block, containing 2 acres 0 roods 18 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 15th December, 1905.

The North-eastern Side of a Road in the County of Hokianga exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1928.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hokianga County Council on the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, the portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-- "That the Hokianga County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Hokianga County, by resolution hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the portion of the road adjoining part Lot 4, Section 1, Block 8, Mangamuka Survey District"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the said road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that road, situated in the North Auckland Land District, County of Hokianga, fronting part Section 1, Block VIII, Mangamuka Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70543, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Church Street, in the Borough of Feilding, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Feilding Borough Council on the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, in so far as it affects the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-- "That whereas that portion of Church Street from Grey Street to Fitzroy Street has been, by Order in Council, exempted from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and whereas it is considered expedient that the remainder of the said Church Street shall be so exempted, it is hereby declared that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Church Street from Fitzroy Street to its intersection with Camden Street"; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Church Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
