I, JAMES HERBERT MURRAY NICHOLSON, of Courtenay Street, New Plymouth, Dental Surgeon (originally named JAMES HERBERT NICHOLSON), hereby give notice that by deed poll bearing date the 14th day of December, 1927, and duly enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, I assumed and adopted, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the Christian name of “ Murray ” in addition to my Christian names “ James Herbert,” and so as to be at all times thereafter called and known and described by the name of “ James Herbert Murray Nicholson.”
