Leasehold Interest in Land in the City of Wellington taken for Municipal Purposes—viz., Electricity Supply Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works, Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the Managers of the Wellington Technical Associated Classes under lease from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington for a term of sixty-three years from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four, such lease being registered in the Land and Deeds Registry at Wellington as number 6577, is hereby taken for municipal purposes—viz., electricity supply purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken: 1 rood 19·51 perches. Being portion of Reserve K, Te Aro Reclamation, and being Lots 7, 9, and 11 of Block III on D.P. 540.
Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 2256.)
In the Wellington Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of January, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 12 perches.
Being portion of part Section 10, situated in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24554.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70536, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works, and shall vest in the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 38 perches.
Being closed road adjoining Lot 64, Paremata Block, situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1291, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
