Land taken for Street Purposes at Northland Road, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-
A. R. P. Being portion of
0 0 0·22 Lot 136, D.P. 1087 of Section 29; coloured red.
0 0 0·11 Lot 137, D.P. 1087 of Section 29; coloured blue.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, (Karori R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2246.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70612, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 20th day of December, 1927.

Portion of a Public Reserve set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Monowai Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart :
4 acres 1 rood 34 perches.
Being portion of scenic reserve.

Situated in Block V, Monowai Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 510.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70737, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of January, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Rotoma Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65957, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1927.
