Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of July then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Egmont County.—Cape Survey District.
SECTION 1, Block XIII: Area, 84 acres 0 roods 2 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of November then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SECTION 34s, Huatoki Settlement: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 14 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Benger Survey District, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

1 0 6 Crown land, Sections 42s and 12s, Teviot Settlement; coloured green.
1 0 19 Crown land, Section 12s, Teviot Settlement; coloured green.
All situated in the Block VII, Benger Survey District (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District: as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70175, deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70217, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
