SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point marked 10 miles 48 chains on the Hamilton to Rotorua Main Highway, about 7 chains west from the eastern boundary of Lot 1 of eastern portion Whaiti Kuranui 2c, Block IV, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly and then north-westerly direction and passing in, into, through, or over the said Lot 1 of eastern portion Whaiti Kuranui 2c, Block IV; Whaiti Kuranui 2b Blocks IV, VIII, and III; Whaiti Kuranui 2c W.A., and Section 94, Block III, and terminating at a point marked 13 miles 45 chains on the said Hamilton to Rotorua Main Highway; being a distance of 2 miles 77 chains, more or less, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.

All in the Patetere North Survey District, Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67843, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of January, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 81, of the eleventh day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier northwards) portions of Tutira and Putorino Sections, and for a road-diversion in connection therewith and a road-approach thereto, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
