THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter the boundaries of Number ten Motor-omnibus District by including therein the County of Ellesmere, and doth hereby declare that as from the date of this Order the boundaries of the said district shall be as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF NO. 10 MOTOR-OMNIBUS DISTRICT.
ALL that portion of the South Island bounded towards the south by the southern boundaries of the Counties of Ellesmere and Selwyn, towards the west by the eastern boundary of the Westland County, towards the north by the southern boundary of the Waipara County, and towards the east by the sea-coast.

Altering Boundaries of No. 1 Motor-omnibus District, and abolishing No. 2 Motor-omnibus District under the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1927.

THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section three of the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby abolish the No. 2 Motor-omnibus District as constituted by the said Act and doth hereby alter the boundaries of the No. 1 Motor-omnibus District by including therein the Borough of Takapuna; and with the like advice and consent doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall take effect as from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.

Authorizing the Exchange of a Reserve in Block IV, Westmere Survey District, Wellington Land District, for other Land.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 31st day of January, 1927.

THE HONOURABLE G. J. ANDERSON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which the Governor-General deems of equal value and more suitable for the purposes of the reserve:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twelve of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF RESERVE AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 29Β·2 perches, more or less, being Lots 12, 13, and 14, Town of Castlecliff Extension No. 9, part of Section 227, right bank Wanganui River, Block IV, Westmere Survey District: as the same is delineated on plan numbered 257/33, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 29Β·2 perches, more or less, being Lots 9, 10, and 11, Town of Castlecliff Extension No. 9, part of Section 227, right bank Wanganui River, Block IV, Westmere Survey District: as the same is delineated on plan numbered 257/33, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered green.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, and being Reserve No. 3617 (formerly Section No. 20, Block XI, Town of Horndon) situated in the Township of Horndon, and bounded as follows: Towards the south, west, and north by Sections 21, 7, and 19, Block XI, Township of Horndon, 250, 100, and 250 links respectively, and again towards the east by Mathias Street, 100 links; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/169A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, and being Reserve No. 4171 (formerly Section No. 16, Block XI, Town of Horndon), situated in the Township of Horndon, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Reserve No. 3631, 250 links; towards the east by Mathias Street, 100 links; towards the south by Section No. 17, Block XI, Township of Horndon, 250 links; and again towards the west by Reserve No. 3616, 100 links; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/169B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
