Appointment of Officers under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the Fisheries Act, 1908, appointed
Morehu Henry Downs, of Tokaanu, and
Te Hoka Downs, of Tokaanu,
to be officers for the purposes of that Act for the area defined in the First Schedule to the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1926.
