A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Upper Hutt described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 1 rood 14ยท5 perches.
Being portion of Lots 31 and 32, D.P. 1759, and being part Section 120, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District (Hutt R.D.). (S.O. 2260.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70186, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of October, 1927.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69700, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 1 rood 12 perches.
Being portion of S.G.R. 140; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 28 perches.
Adjoining or passing through S.G.R. 140; coloured green.
All situated in Block XVI, Patriarch Survey District. (S.O. R. 383/75.)
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69664, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
