the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the
Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known
as Bulkeley Terrace, fronting Subsection 3, D.P. 4363, being
part Section 18, Town of New Plymouth. As the said portion
of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 69859, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured red.

The Western Side and Portion of the Eastern Side of Old Wainui
Road, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, the portions of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :-
"The Lower Hutt Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Lower Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the western side of that portion of the Old Wainui Road adjoining Lots 1, 2, part of 3 and 4, D.P. 6141, nor to the eastern side of that portion of the said street fronting part of Lot 3, D.P. 6141";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either the western side or the portion of the eastern side of Old Wainui Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that street, situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Old Wainui Road, and the eastern side of all that portion of the said street adjoining the eastern portion of Lot 3, D.P. 6141. As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62154, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western, Eastern, and South-eastern Sides of Portions of Creswick Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the portions of street affected being described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the western side of all that portion of Creswick Terrace, beginning at the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 6743, and extending for a distance of approximately 87Β·12 links; and also shall not apply to the eastern and south-eastern side of same street, beginning at the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6743, and extending for a distance of approximately 204Β·34 links, both being portions of road fronting Lot 45, deeds plan 108, Township of Creswick, Karori District, Deeds Index, Vol. 34, folio 27, now City of Wellington";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western, eastern, and south-eastern sides of the portions of Creswick Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.

As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66177, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

"That the Auckland City Council, having control of St. George's Bay Road, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street, fronting part of Allotment 81, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of St. George's Bay Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as St. George's Bay Road, fronting part Allotment 81, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69452, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
