Recreation Reserve in Otago Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1927.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Patearoa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Patearoa Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

Otago Land District.

Section 63, Block I, Upper Taieri Survey District: Area, ll acres l rood 36 perches.

Recreation Reserves in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pirongia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Pirongia Domain Board.

Auckland Land District.

Section 525, Pirongia East Township: Area, 2 acres 0 roods 5·l perches.

Also Section 358, Mangapiko Parish: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 2·l perches.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Tenaumai Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Tenaumai Domain Board.

Section 18, Naumai Village: Area, 3 roods 8 perches.

Recreation Reserve in Westland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Fleming Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

Westland Land District.—Fleming Domain.

Reserve 984, Block I, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 3 roods 13 perches.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

David Lewis Bryant,

Thomas Cook,

Raymond Spence Haycock,

Jabez George Hill,

William Max,

Francis George Rutherford, and

George Johnson Silcock

to be the Brightwater Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Brightwater, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

BRIGHTWATER DOMAIN.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 6 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being part of Section 18 of Waimea South Original District, and situated in Block IX, Waimea Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west by a road, 165 links; towards the north-east by a part of the before-mentioned Section 18, 1276·6 links (or thereabouts); towards the south-east by a right-of-way and other parts of the said Section 18; towards the south by a line 100 links distant from and parallel to the railway reserve; towards the south-west by another part
