Situated about five miles from Pirongia Township by formed road. The land is of a light loam resting on light clay sub-soil, growing fern, scrub, and patches of blackberry and ragwort. The major portion of the sections is easily ploughable and will grow good pasture when properly treated. Bounded on western side by Waipa River Reserve.

The above sections are situated on the sea-coast, about five miles off the Main South Road by metalled road, and adjoin the Town of Okarito.

The land is practically level, of firm, dry, sandy formation, and offers ideal sites on which to erect permanent homes or week-end and holiday cottages.

Weighted with £50, valuation for cowshed, to be paid in cash.

Sections are situated about three miles from Te Puke, on the main Tauranga—Te Puke Road, between the road and the East Coast railway. About two-thirds of the land is fair quality, balance of an uneven nature.

There is a house on Section 10 which is subject to removal by the owner within thirty days from date of sale.

Section 11 contains cowshed, 4 bails, and engine-room and yards concreted, valued at £50, to be paid for in cash.
