capital value, £100 ; half-yearly rent, £2. Weighted with
£22 7s. 6d. valuation for fencing.
Section 765, Block XIV: Area, 40 acres 0 roods 25 perches ;
capital value, £100 ; half-yearly rent, £2. Weighted with
£10 7s. 6d. valuation for fencing.
Section 766, Block XIV: Area, 40 acres 0 roods 25 perches ;
capital value, £100 ; half-yearly rent, £2. Weighted with
£10 7s. 6d. valuation for fencing.
Section 767, Block XIV: Area, 51 acres 3 roods 26 perches ;
capital value, £130 ; half-yearly rent, £2 12s. Weighted with
£35 valuation for fencing.

Situated on the Main South Road, about three miles from
the Township of Matainui, and forty-five miles from Ross
Railway-station, by good metalled road. The land is prac-
tically level, with soil generally of a sandy nature resting on
gravel, the greater portion being covered with heavy bush
consisting chiefly of kamahi, small totara, and scattered
pines, with dense scrub and undergrowth. Sections 764 and
765 are well watered by creeks, the remaining sections being
poorly watered.

to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-
