ALL that area in the Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 135 acres 38 perches, more or less, being the block situated in the Patetere North-east Survey District, called Whaiti-Kuranui No. 1 B.Y. No. 2c No. 1, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 329, folio 194, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 31, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 20 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1927.

Altering the Boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area situated in the Wellington Land District, and being portion of the Masterton County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District at the south-western corner of Lot 2 on plan A2805, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence in a northerly direction generally along the western boundary of that lot to its north-western corner; thence along the eastern boundaries of the land comprised in certificates of title, Vol. 330, folios 31 and 32, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and the western boundary of Section 21, Block X, Kopuaranga Survey District, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence generally in a south-easterly direction along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 21 to the Wangaehu Valley Road; thence following this road generally in a southerly direction to a point opposite the south-western corner of Section 113, Blocks VII and XI, Kopuaranga Survey District; thence across the road to the south-west corner of the said Section 113 and following generally in an easterly direction its southern boundary to its south-eastern corner; thence following generally in a northerly direction its eastern boundary to the north-west corner of Section 120, Block XI, Kopuaranga Survey District; thence following generally in an easterly direction the northern boundary of this section to its north-eastern corner and generally in a south-westerly direction its eastern boundary to where it intersects the eastern boundary of the Rangitumau Riding on the north-western boundary of the Te Pohue Block; thence following generally in a southerly direction the eastern boundary of the Rangitumau Riding and the eastern boundary of the Te Whiti Riding to where it intersects the boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District on the south-eastern boundary of Section 22, Te Weraiti, Block VI, Otahoua; thence following in a westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly direction generally the boundary of the Wairarapa Electric-power District to the starting-point. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68097, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1927.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted under the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, comprising the Borough of Hastings as at present constituted. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68082, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1927.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
