Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block IV,
Hawera Survey District, Hawera County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public
school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of
Taranaki as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres.
Being portion of Section 557 E.R., situated in Block IV,
Hawera Survey District (Patea R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67527,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
January, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street
at Northland Road, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0Β·14 perches.
Being part Lot 128, D.P. 1087, being part Section 29, situated

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule
hereto.
