by the Government of New Zealand, shall be borne by the Dannevirke County Council and the Dannevirke Borough Council in equal proportions ; and I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Dannevirke Borough Council shall be paid from time to time, in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, out of the funds of the said Council within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Dannevirke County Council, and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk, Dannevirke County Council, for and on behalf of the said Borough Council.

SCHEDULE.

THAT bridge in the Hawke’s Bay Land District on the boundary between the Dannevirke County and the Borough of Dannevirke over the Mangatera Stream, at Wright’s Road (together with approaches thereto). As the site of the said bridge and approaches is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 19th day of September, 1927.

Warrant vesting the Control of Portion of Gordon Street in the Masterton Borough Council.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the portion of Gordon Street described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the control of the Masterton Borough Council.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Gordon Street lying along the boundary between the Borough of Masterton and the Masterton County between the northern boundary of Section 73, Block I, Otahoua Survey District, and the northern side of the Masterton-Tinui Road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69709, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked C-D.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 20th day of September, 1927.

Warrant vesting the Control of Portion of the Wellington-Napier Road in the Masterton County Council, and apportioning the Cost of Reconstruction.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the portion of the Wellington-Napier Road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the control of the Masterton County Council ; and I do hereby further direct that the sum of three hundred pounds (£300) shall be contributed by the Masterton Borough Council towards the cost of reconstruction of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Wellington-Napier Road lying along the boundary between the Borough of Masterton and the Masterton County, between the northern boundary of Section 65, Block I, Otahoua Survey District, and a point in line with the northern side of Fifth Street. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69709, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and marked A-B.
