Lands in the North Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare the any unoccupied national-endowment land not exceeding in the aggregate twenty thousand acres, shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be national-endowment land, and shall be available for disposal as inferior lands under the provisions of section two hundred and twenty-three of the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which were set apart as national endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land, and are set apart under the provisions of section two hundred and twenty-three of the Land Act, 1924, for disposal as inferior lands.

Revoking the setting-apart of Lands for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor - General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of September then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

Horahia Settlement.
SECTION 5s: Area, 64 acres 3 roods 14 perches.
Section 6s: Area, 64 acres 3 roods 13 perches.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Punakitere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, Thorndon Quay, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
