Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Otago as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·1 perches.
Being street closed adjoining or passing through Sections 15, 16, and 17, Township of Shiel Hill, Section 7, situated in Block I, Anderson’s Bay Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an automatic telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7·88 perches.
Being portion of Section 186, Town of Wanganui, situated in City of Wanganui. (S.O. 2249.)

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3·3 perches.
Being Lot 1 on D.P. 3604, being part Lot 5 of Allotment 10 of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of Devonport), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24009.)
