Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for Danish Colonial Lottery.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the organization and company whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of the said organization or company shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said organization or company (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice of intention to take Land in Block X, Otamatea Survey District, for the Purposes of a Native School.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a Native School—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Port Albert, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
