And I do hereby further direct that any contribution hereby
required to be made as aforesaid by the Christchurch City
Council and the New Brighton Borough Council shall be paid
from time to time, in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed,
to the Heathcote County Council out of the funds of the said
City and Borough Councils, within a period of one month
after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Heath-
cote County Council, and such payments shall be made from
time to time to the Clerk of the Heathcote County Council
for and on behalf of the said City and Borough Councils :
And I do hereby revoke, as from the taking effect of the
apportionment hereunder, the Warrant dated the twenty-
seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-four, and gazetted on the sixth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, apportioning the
cost of maintaining portion of Page’s Road in the Heathcote
County.
SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of Page’s Road in the Heathcote County, Canter-
bury Land District, commencing at the Christchurch City
boundary (a point in line with the eastern boundary of the
the land shown on transfer 48938), and proceeding thence
generally in a north-easterly direction to the Avon River. As
the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 58635, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon marked X–X.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 2nd day of September, 1927.

Appointment of Members of Board of Health under the Health Act, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Health Act, 1920, I, General
Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby reappoint
Sir James Glenny Wilson, Kt. Bach.,
Lady Luke, C.B.E.,
The Honourable William Henry Triggs, M.L.C., and
Francis William MacLean, Esquire, M.Inst.C.E.
as members of the Board of Health under the aforesaid Act
for a period of three years from the 20th day of August, 1927,
and further do hereby appoint—

1895), M.D. (Cambridge, 1911),
Alexander Murray Drennan, M.D., F.R.C.P. (Edinburgh),

of the Peace Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the
Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Post-
master under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places
set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized
to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-
hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the
