ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, County of Whangarei, being Section 19, Block X, Mangakahia Survey District, containing 65 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, and being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 105; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. XI/12/278, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. North Auckland plan 24221.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of September, 1927.

Altering the Boundaries of the Central Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Central Electric-power District so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land situated in the Auckland Land District, comprising that portion of the County of Raglan, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the Opuatia Stream and the Waikato River, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction along the Waikato River to the north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 17B of the Parish of Whangape; and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of the Pukemiro Riding of the County of Raglan to the mouth of the Awaroa Stream where it enters Whangape Lake; thence along the north-western shore of Whangape Lake to the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 67 of the Parish of Whangape; thence along the eastern boundary of the said Allotment 67 of the Parish of Whangape to the Opuatia Stream; and thence along the Opuatia Stream to the commencing-point.

Also all that area of land situated in the Auckland Land District, comprising that portion of the County of Raglan, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Allotment No. 222 of the Parish of Pepepe, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of the Pukemiro Riding of the County of Raglan to the Waikato River; thence generally in a southerly direction along the Waikato River to that portion of the Central Electric-power District, included in such district by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd day of September, 1922, at page 2398; thence along the northern, western, and southern boundaries of the last-mentioned area to the Waipa River; proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction along the Waipa River to the northern boundary of the Parish of Karamu; proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of the Parish of Karamu to the eastern boundary of Allotment No. 66B No. 3D of the Parish of Waipa; thence generally in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary of the said Allotment 66B No. 3D to the southern boundary of Allotment No. 64A of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the southern boundary, the eastern boundary, and the northern boundary of the said Allotment No. 64A to the south-eastern corner of Lot 8 of Allotment No. 63 of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the eastern boundary and the northern boundary of the said Lot 8 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 218 of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the eastern boundary of the said Allotment No. 218 to the southern boundary of Allotment No. 135 of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the southern boundary, the eastern boundary, and the northern boundary of the said Allotment No. 135 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 124 of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the eastern boundary and the northern boundary of the said Allotment No. 124 to the eastern boundary of Allotment 128 of the said Parish of Waipa; thence by the eastern boundary and the northern boundary of the said Allotment No. 128 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 220 of the Parish of Pepepe; thence by the eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 220, 208, 210 of the Parish of Pepepe, the northern boundary of the said Allotment No. 210, the eastern boundary of Allotment No. 219 of the said Parish of Pepepe and the south-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 222 of the said Parish of Pepepe to the commencing-point. As the said areas are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 69756 and 69757 respectively, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered green.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Street Land in the City of Wellington acquired for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was acquired for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Wellington City Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 22Β·4 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 3932, of Section 2, Harbour R.D., Block XI, Belmont Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 2223).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69573, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 2 roods 13Β·2 perches.

Being portion of Section 15, situated in Block I, Rangi Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46139 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1927.
