Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks V and VI, Lower Hawea Survey District, Vincent County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lower Hawea Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being portion of
0 2 0 Run 506 (Section 4), Block VI; coloured blue.
4 0 26 Section 24, Block V; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 23 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Run 506 (Section 4), Block VI, and Section 24, Block V; coloured green.
All situated in Lower Hawea Survey District (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69443, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1927.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69592, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of September, 1927.
