Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the Stratford Main Trunk Railway, Portion of Tatu Section.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Stratford Main Trunk Railway, portion of Tatu Section, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Crown land (old Railway Reserve), Block V, Ohura Survey District, on the left bank of the Huiatahi Stream marked 19 m. 77·25 ch. (which point is also the termination of the railway shown on plan P.W.D. 63468, and described in a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 60 of 20th August, 1925), and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction for a distance of about 2 miles 52·75 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz. : Crown land (old Railway Reserve), Block V, Ohura Survey District; Sections 1, 2, 4, and 3, and Mangaroa Block A No. 2, Block X, Ohura Survey District; Section 2, Block IX, Ohura Survey District; again Mangaroa Block A No. 2; and Sections 12 and 13, Block X, Ohura Survey District; and terminating at a point in the said Section 13 marked 22 m. 50 ch. ; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses : all in the Taranaki Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69593, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1927.

Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the stopped Government roads declared to be Crown land:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
2 1 0 Sub. 1, part Mangaroa B No. 2B, Section 2, Block VI; coloured neutral.
0 1 18·6 Ditto.
12 1 30 Taurangi Block 4, Block V; coloured burnt umber.

Situated in Ohura Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59057 (sheet 8), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of August, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.

Being portion of Section 13, Block II, Herekino Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 24261.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69429, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1927.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being portion of
0 1 23·4 Lot 23 of Allotment 219, Blocks VIII and XII; coloured red.
0 0 12·3 Lot 6 of Allotment 110, Block XII; coloured blue.

Situated in Takapuna Parish, Waitemata Survey District. (S.O. 20573.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69262, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
