Situated in Block I, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23871).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69439, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as a road the land in Huangarua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
