SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 acres 3 roods 23 perches.
Being portion of Section 29 (Wairau West R.D.).
Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. (S.O. R. 395.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1927.

Portion of a Public Reserve set apart for Scenic Purposes in Blocks I, V, and VI, Bealey Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for scenic purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 370 acres.
Being portion of Reserve 386. Situated in Blocks I, V, and VI, Bealey Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69507, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1927.

Land taken for the Purposes of Workers’ Dwellings in Blocks IX, Karioi Survey District, Waimarino County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Counties Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of workers’ dwellings, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimarino as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 acres 3 roods.
Being portion of Section 8 and Ohotu No. 8, Block IX, Karioi Survey District. (S.O. 2177.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Additions to Regulations under the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1927.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section sixteen of the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that in the districts or localities set out in the Schedule hereto, after six months from the date of the coming into force of this regulation, all sanitary plumbing shall be done by a person registered under the said Act; and doth further declare that the regulation hereby made shall form part of and be read with the regulations made under the said Act on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and gazetted on the twenty-first day of May then instant, and shall come into force on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Mount Maunganui: All that area in the Township of Mount Maunganui included within a circle having a radius of one mile and of which the Mount Maunganui Post-office is the centre.
Portland: All that area in the Township of Portland included within a circle having a radius of one mile and of which the Portland Post-office is the centre.

(3) Mangere: That portion in the Manakau County known as the Mangere Riding.

(4) Rangitikei County: All that area outside the Borough of Marton within a radius of two miles of the boundary of the Borough of Marton.

(5) Waitotara County: All that area outside the City of Wanganui within a radius of ten miles of the boundary of the City of Wanganui.

(6) Wanganui County: All that area outside the City of Wanganui within a radius of ten miles of the boundary of Wanganui City.

(7) Waitemata County: That portion of the Waitemata County known as the ridings of Birkenhead, Takapuna, and Wainui.
