Land proclaimed as a Street in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Dunedin described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 0ยท26 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 11, Block I, Township of Kew, being part Section 13, Block VI, Town District, situated in the City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68881, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 1 rood 2 perches.
Being part Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 1466, part Lot 2, D.P. 899, and Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 7595, of Sections 447 and 448 (Town of Wellington R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2057.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68629, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Moeraki Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 37 perches.
Being portion of Sections 6 and 7; coloured red,
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 1 perch.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 6 and 7; coloured green.
All situated in Block II, Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67427, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wairere Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 3 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, on D.P. 7253, being part of Te Pae-o-tu Rawaru No. 2 Block; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 10ยท5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1 on D.P. 7252, Lot 1 on D.P. 7253, Lot 3 on D.P. 12757, being parts of Te Pae-o-tu Rawaru No. 2 Block; coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 33 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1 on D.P. 7253, being part of Te Pae-o-tu Rawaru No. 2 Block; edged red.
All situated in Block XII, Wairere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23708.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65788, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
