ERRATUM.—In Schedule to Warrant opening lands in Taranaki Land District for selection on renewable lease, published in Gazette No. 56, dated 4th August, 1927, at page 2624, read “Section 4, Block VI, Aria Survey District,” for “Section 3, Block VI, Aria Survey District.”
Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 0·07 perches.
Being portion of part Section 895 (Town of New Plymouth R.D.), situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69477, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1927.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tripp Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

2 3 22 Run 113, Block III; coloured red.
4 2 3 Crown land, Blocks III and IV; coloured yellow.
Situated in Tripp Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2006.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69324, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
