Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VII, Uawa Survey District, for Water-supply Purposes, Wharekaka Settlement.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for water-supply purposes, Wharekaka Settlement: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tolaga Bay, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

I, WALTER HAROLD FLETCHER, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Raetihi Golf Club (Incorporated) has been wound up and has ceased its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

THE Aotea District Maori Land Board hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Morikau Farm, which comprises Morikau No. 1, Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 16, 31, 33, 34, 35, and 36, and Ngarakauwhakarara Nos. 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17, and Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Ranana Blocks, will be held, in pursuance of section 292 of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Jerusalem (Hiruharama), on Thursday, the 4th day of August, 1927, at 3.30 p.m., for the purpose of electing a new Committee of Management under the provisions of section 292 of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder.
