A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of waterpower (Arapuni Scheme, Hamilton No. 2 Substation site); and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on after the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68718, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of July, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for scenic purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the Public Reserve set apart: 49 acres. Being Section 1. Situated in Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68677, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1927.
