Adjoining or passing through Section 7, Block VI, Section 8, Block V, Section 1, Block IX, Sections 1 and 13, Block X, Sections 1 and 2, Block XI, and Crown land; coloured green.

All situated in the Town of Bannockburn.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1292, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2222, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Leaning Rock Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 7 perches.

Portion of Section 146, Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1462, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2228, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of July, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/814, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2227, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
