to be Bailiff of the Magistrate’s Court at Greymouth for the purpose of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1908, and Bailiff of the Warden’s Court at Greymouth for the Westland Mining District, constituted under the Mining Act, 1926, as from the 6th day of June, 1927, and to be Maintenance Officer at the Magistrate’s Court, Greymouth, for the purposes of the Destitute Persons Amendment Act, 1926, as from the 1st day of July, 1927.
