SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 33·6 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 4112, situated in the Township of Hawarden, Block VII, Waipara Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Lot 7 on deposited plan No. 7103, 272 links; towards the east by Lot 9 on said deposited plan, 83·49 links; towards the south by a right-of-way one chain wide, 232·45 links; and again towards the south-west by the Horsley Downs – Waikari Road, 92·4 links: As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 12th day of July, 1927.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

Egmont National Park.
BY-LAW PRESCRIBING FEES FOR ADMISSION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Egmont National Park Act, 1924, the Egmont National Park Board doth hereby make the following by-law, prescribing charges for admission of persons, and for the admission of vehicles to the Egmont National Park :—

For each motor-lorry or bus carrying less than twenty passengers .. .. .. 5 0

Passed and adopted by resolution of the Board at a meeting held at New Plymouth, this 28th day of April, 1927.

Consul for Greece at Wellington to receive Moneys or Personal Chattels payable to Subjects of Greece.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 52 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and of section 28, subsection (a) of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that moneys or personal chattels payable or deliverable by the Public Trustee to subjects of Greece resident therein may be paid or delivered to the Consul for Greece at Wellington.
