THIRD SCHEDULE.

BOUNDARIES OF RUATANIWHA RIDING.

ALL that area in the Waipawa County bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waipawa River in line with the western boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Ruataniwha Survey District ; thence down the middle of the Waipawa River to the Borough of Waipawa hereinbefore described ; thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of the Waipawa Borough to the county boundary ; thence by the county boundary to the confluence of the Tuki Tuki and Makaretu Rivers ; thence up the middle of the Tuki Tuki River to a public road intersecting Block 43, Blocks XII, Ruataniwha, and IX, Waipukurau Survey Districts ; thence north-easterly along that road to Plantation Road, and northerly along Plantation Road to Whakarara Road ; thence north-westerly along Whakarara Road to the western boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Ruataniwha Survey District ; thence northerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Waipawa River, the point of commencement.

By-laws made by the Victory Park Board.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with the provisions of section 16 of the Victory Park Act, 1919, that the following by-laws, adopted by resolution of the Victory Park Board, have this day been approved by His Excellency the Governor-General.

VICTORY PARK BOARD.

BY-LAWS.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 16 and 17 of the Victory Park Act, 1919, the Board of Trustees of Victory Park (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) does hereby make the following by-laws :—

Prohibiting any Person—

(1) Writing or causing to be written on any of the property of the Board any obscene or objectionable language ;
(2) Disfiguring, damaging, or destroying in any manner any buildings, fences, or other property of the Board ;
(3) Throwing stones, bricks, concrete, wood, or any hard material of any kind into or within the grounds ;
(4) Using obscene language ;
(5) Casting offensive matter on any part of the grounds, buildings, or subways ;
(6) Failing to obey the request of any official or servant of the Board in the execution of his duty ;
(7) Acting in an unseemly manner and refusing to leave the Park grounds when requested to do so by any official or servant of the Board.

Without authority from the Board—

(8) Gaining or attempting to gain admission to the Park by production of any ticket, pass, or badge other than the ticket, pass, or badge entitling the holder to admission on the day of the presentation thereof ;
(9) Persons other than life members and ticket-holders gaining or attempting to gain admission to the Park grounds otherwise than by payment of admission fee at the entrance provided by the Board ;
(10) Gaining or attempting to gain admission to the Park grounds by means of non-transferable tickets, pass, or badge by any person other than the one to whom such ticket, pass, or badge was issued by the Board or the body to which the use of the Park has been granted by the Board ;
(11) Transfer to any person any non-transferable admission ticket, pass, or badge ;
(12) Gaining or attempting to gain admission by presentation of life member’s badge by any person other than the one to whom such badge was issued by the Board ;
(13) Climbing on to the roofs, doors, or windows of any of the buildings or interfering in any way with the buildings, fences, appurtenances, or property of the Board in a manner likely to cause damage thereto ;
(14) Jumping or climbing over or on to any of the boundary fences or fences, whether permanent or temporary, erected within the grounds ;
(15) Encroaching on any part of the oval at any time ;
(16) During the progress of the game, encroaching on the football playing areas commonly known as the south and west grounds ;
(17) Gaining or attempting to gain admission to any of the stands otherwise than by means of access provided ;
(18) Gaining or attempting to gain admission from the embankment to the enclosure otherwise than by means of the entrance provided for the purpose, and the payment of the requisite fee ;
(19) Bringing or causing to be brought into the grounds any intoxicating liquor of any description, or consuming liquor on any part of the ground in view of the public ;
(20) Taking bicycles or motor-cycles on to any part of the ground except that part known as the bicycle enclosure.

The foregoing by-laws were adopted by resolution of the Board at a meeting of the Board held on the 10th day of February, 1927.

Revoking Appointment of Inspector of Sea-fishing.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has revoked the Warrant of the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, appointing John Murdock, of Whangaroa, Police Constable, to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing under the Fisheries Act, 1908.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-order and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for the Great Golden Egg (No. 12) Art Union, Sydney.

THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of either of the said persons shall be issued and that no postal packet addressed to either of the said persons (either by his or her own or any fictitious or assumed name) or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
