(being part of Native Reserve); part C (W.D. 2711) of Section 9, Lot 10, (D.P. 3010) of Section 9, part Sections 9 and 10 Harbour R.D., part Section 9, part Section 9 (Native Reserve) (D.P. 3010), part Section 10, Lots 32, 31, 22, 23 of Section 10; Lots 22 and 11 of Section 12, part Section 12, Porirua R.D., part Section 12 (A 1834), part Section 12 (A 2370), Lot 1 of Section 14 (D.P. 4156) Porirua R.D., Johnsonville Town District; Lots 29, 30, 5A, 4, and 22 of Paparangi Settlement, Porirua R.D., Block XII, Belmont Survey District; Sections 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 30, 33, 35, 37, 39, and 40; Lot 34 of Section 42 (D.P. 2012), part Section 42 (D.P. 2012), part Section 44 (A 2102), Lots 16 and 17 (D.P. 1976) of Section 44; Sections 46 and 48, Porirua R.D., Block VII, Belmont Survey District, and terminating at a point marked about 9 miles 4 chains which point coincides with the point marked 11 miles 45 chains on the Wellington — New Plymouth Railway: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65922, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Te Puna Section.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 23 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 166, situated in Te Puna Parish, Block IX, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24438.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69012, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of June, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
