Notifying Lands in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction for Cash or on Deferred Payments.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments; and I hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.-LAKE COUNTY.
SECTION 1, Block I, Kingston Survey District : Area, 47 acres 0 roods 38 perches. Upset price, £72. Weighted with £18 valuation for improvements, to be paid in cash.
Section 2, Block I, Kingston Survey District : Area, 49 acres 3 roods 32 perches. Upset price, £75. Weighted with £27 valuation for improvements, to be paid in cash.
Situated about a mile from Kingston Railway-station. Access by formed road. Undulating land in natural state, carrying tussock and fern. Suitable for grazing.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, appointing trustees for the Riversdale Public Cemetery, and in lieu thereof do hereby appoint
Leonard Gee,
Joseph Green,
William Kelly,
John Colley Macpherson,
Robert Hugh Matthews, and
James John McMath
to be trustees to have the maintenance and care of the Riversdale Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
RIVERSDALE PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing 10 acres, more or less, being part of Section 120, Hokonui District : Bounded on the south-west, north-west, and north-east by other parts of aforesaid Section 120, 867, 1182, and 727·5 links respectively ; on the east and south-east by a road, 216·5, 981, and 19·7 links, respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/318, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
