Appointment of Officers under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, appointed

Alexander Edmund Macredie, of Auckland, and
Albert John Hanigan, of Auckland,

to be officers for the purposes of Part II of the said Act for the Auckland Acclimatization District.

Rangers under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, appointed.

IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, the under-mentioned persons have been appointed Rangers under and for the purposes of that Act for the North Canterbury Acclimatization District :—

Constable Michael Hodgins
to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrate’s Court at Lawrence, and Clerk of the Wardens’ Courts, Receiver of Gold Revenue, and Mining Registrar at Lawrence and Roxburgh, on and from the 21st day of April, 1927.

Appointments in the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy.
