IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Hamilton described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of hydro-electric works (sites for power-house and cottage), and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Westport as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks VIII, Ohinemuri and I, Waihi North Survey Districts—viz., a Deviation of the Waihi-Whangamata Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Blocks VIII, Ohinemuri, and I, Waihi North Survey Districts—viz., a deviation of the Waihi-Whangamata Road —shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point marked 4 m. 26 ch. on the Waihi-Whangamata Road, in Mataora No. 2 Block, near the south-eastern corner of Block VIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly and then north-easterly direction and passing in, into, through, or over the said Mataora No. 2 Block, Block VIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, and Whangamata No. 68 (Crown land), Blocks VIII, Ohinemuri, and I, Waihi North Survey Districts, and terminating at a point marked 7 m. 23 ch. on the said Waihi-Whangamata Road, being a distance of 3 m. 68 ch., more or less, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and water-courses.
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68863 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of May, 1927.
